Terms of service

By creating an account or using DodoLaunch you agree to these terms. If you use DodoLaunch on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts used to vote or review are banned.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the launch guidelines.

You keep ownership of what you submit: product listings, screenshots, comments and reviews. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt and distribute it to run and promote DodoLaunch, including in our newsletter, comparison pages, public API, feeds and directory submissions you ask us to make.

You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Claims you make about your product, including revenue bands, must be true.

We decide whether to accept, schedule, rank, feature or remove a listing under our guidelines. Rankings are computed from votes, verified traffic, signups and other signals described on the transparency page. We do not guarantee any rank, traffic, signups, backlinks or search engine indexing.

Product pages, comparison tables and best-of pages are built from structured listing data. If something is wrong about your product, edit your listing or contact us.

• Prices are listed on the pricing page in USD, or in INR when paying via UPI. Taxes may apply.
• One-off purchases (Boost, Pro Launch, relaunch credits, reports, ads, done-for-you packages) are charged once.
• Maker Pro renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• If we reject a paid launch or ad before it runs, we refund it in full. Done-for-you work already performed is not refundable.
• Refunds and chargebacks on launch tiers remove the paid benefits, including the permanent dofollow link.

Launch OS gives you directory data, a tracker and link monitoring. Directory metrics such as domain rating and visits are estimates from third-party and public sources. Third-party directories make their own decisions: we do not control whether they approve, keep, or index your listing, or which rel attribute they use. Done-for-you packages cover submission effort and reporting, not guaranteed approvals.

Ads are reviewed before they run and must follow the same content rules as launches. Ads are labelled Sponsored and their links carry rel="sponsored". Ads never affect organic rankings. Reported impressions and clicks come from our own logs.

The public API, MCP endpoint, feeds and embeds are provided as-is and may be rate-limited or changed. You may use the data to build tools and display listings with attribution and a link back to the product page on DodoLaunch. Do not use them to scrape personal data, spam makers, or build a competing copy of the site.

• No vote manipulation, fake reviews, or automated account creation.
• No attempts to break, overload, or probe the security of the service.
• No spam, harassment, or illegal content.

DodoLaunch is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Products listed here are made by third parties; we do not endorse them and are not responsible for them.
